How I got this far in life with out seeing Heathers is a mystery to me. I enjoyed it, but not as much as my 16 year old self would have.
Also totally weak ending. They needed to fully commit if this was to be "the High School film Kubrick made."

I have seen this film awhile ago and I liked it!. . . It was a stand out from the usual 1980's high school films.

Can't believe I missed this movie out when I was growing up. It's definitely up there as one of the best 80's teen movies with the sparkling duo of Winona Ryder and Christian Slater teaming up to bump off some obnoxious students to make it look like suicide until JD (Slater) star...( read more)

Very funny, very dark, very biting. It is truly one of those classic teenage 80s movies, except this one is more self-aware and probably funnier because of it. (I still vastly prefer The Breakfast Club and Ferris Bueller, though, gotta say.)
