Their youngest (Juliette Gosselin / Évelyne Rompré) is seriously ill, and they have to go get medical assistance to improve her chances of survival. While their little sister clings to life the other siblings deal with other issues. Isabelle (Catherine Allard) finds love with a mysterious pianist (Gabriel Sabourin) and dreams of freedom and emancipation. While the black sheep of the family, Michel (Sébastien Huberdeau), seeks to confront his problems to become a man.
