    saw this at singapore film festival 22nd. Cute actors and actresses. It is a love story between a teenage boy and his new lithography lecturer. He soon discovers the truth of relaity of her life and struggles to make sense of his feelings when she dumps him. Adapted from a novel ...( read more)but this film could do with some editing. It states 120 mins but is in fact 2 and 1/2 hours loooong. And some scenes of the characters idly making small talk (unneccessarily scenes in my opinion as they do not contribute or make sense to the story much), and the dalily motions of the characters going about their life, and fooling around after having sex, this could all be adited as it would make the film easier to digest rather than wait a long time to see what finally happens.a so-so film, but audiences started walking out about 1/2 towards the end of the film.its one of the most boring japanese films I ever seen and alot of the bored-looking audience echoes that view. A waste of talents too.
