May 5, 2008This movie presents family matters over war with some heartbreaking reality. It's even quite unusual to see a war movie of this kind, without the classic heroizing of soldiers or their actions, and i'ts great. There are some very powerfull scenes, fed by good camera shooting.

April 13, 2008Good film.On the lines of the deer hunter but with the war focus on Iraq and with the dealing of today. Fine performance all round, Jessica Biel prove she more than a pretty face with Sam Jackson doing a fine job.All in all a good film with a bit of through.

December 24, 2007Très belle scène d'action réaliste au début. Par la suite, ça devient beaucoup plus un débat sur la guerre et une histoire à propos des effets sur les anciens soldats. Quand même intéressant puisque pas pro-guerre, il reste que le débat n'est pas assez poussé.
