March 16, 2007both the book and the movie are awesome. i suggest watching the movie first and then reading the book....because then you wont be disappointed in the movie being different from the book. it was almost like a completely different story, but still really really good.

February 13, 2007This movie was simply beautiful.
It's almost hard to find words to describe how touching this was.
Howl - gosh, he's this crazy, reckless wizard. You hardly know anything about him, but you can't help but love him. -

January 2, 2007If you love Howl's Moving Castle or if you don't understand it try either watching some more stuff by Studio Ghilbli or Hayao Miyazaki, as you'll start to understand his way of thinking, or try reading the orginal book, by Diana Wynne Jones. The book is SO different from the film.
