Despite its title, this is a well-regarded sci-fi effort from Gene Fowler about an alien race who comes to Earth to repopulate their own planet.
"I Married a Monster From Outer Space" is surprisingly well-acted. Everyone is dead serious, and not in a campy way as the title might suggest. It works. There are even some genuinely chilling moments.
One of those many 1950's cheesy hokum low-budget Cold War paranoic sci-fiers.
Inexplicably overrated, but okay sci-fi film.
A tongue-in-cheek examination of the ways commitment tends to toy with the male brain.
Lacks the polish of the science fiction classics of that era...but it shares the sincerity and appealing earnestness...
Geeky title for a really creepy flick.
Acerbic satire of matrimony
Popular cult film that, like I Walked With a Zombie, has the unfortunate distinction of being a quality picture saddled with a wretched title.
Forget the title. A lot of fun and it is even semi-intelligent.
