    One of the funniest film from Italy,one of the best in the world. A hilarious satire on all burglary capers that came before this masterpiece from Mario Monicelli. The whole cast is wonderful,from the great Marcello Mastroianni to the young and beautiful Claudia Cardinale to the famed comedian Toto,etc. A film that kill off one movie genre ,but started a whole new subgenre in the process. A treasure of Italian comedy!

    It's great to see al those great actors of our cinema Totò, Mastroianni, Gassmann together. Nice ending!

    Possibly the first "Heist gone horribly wrong" film ever, this is one of the funniest films I've ever seen. It has been remade or made homage to countless times (most notably in the films "Crackers" and "Welcome to Collinwood" which was a direct remake), it has an amazing cast an...( read more)d stunning direction, as well. Don't let the black and white or subtitles drive you away - find the original if you can "I Soliti Ignoti" - and enjoy one of the finest examples of Italian comedy ever put to celluloid.
