MCT:July 3, 2008Jennifer Love Hewitt alone makes this film worth seeing. Seriously, the script is worthless, the director is incompetent, and this film had little to no chance of success.
Thankfully, Love comes along and saves the day. Her performance is incredible, but it's too bad her talents aren't put to better use. She's had a string of bad movies lately, but with the Ghost Whisperer gig bailing out her resume, she should be fine.
If you can spare $5 bucks, rent it. You'll want to strangle Paul Nicholls for being the biggest tool on the planet, but there's some sweet moments with Jenny dominating the screen. -

the twist.. thats the thing that made me love this movie so much..even when it makes me cry so much, the love in this movie is just plain unconditional! Lover's always taking their partners for granted need to see this!

It's a sweet and funny romantic comedy with a sad end. The twist in the end is predictable but still works well.

MCT:April 4, 2008One in a long list of ghost-romance-comedy movies where there's a cute couple and either the guy or girl tragically dies and becomes a ghost and thus leaving the other alone and sad crying themselves to sleep every night. The ghost then returns to "lovingly" haunt the one they love and gets jealous when their alive counterpart starts dating again. This is usually when the ghost does something spooky to scare the bejesus out of the date so their love remains single and heartbroken. Then the alive one figures out its their lover's ghost who's causing all the mayhem and then the ghost helps the alive one to overcome some great life struggle only to be forced by God to return to heaven and wait for their love to die so they can be with them again in 70 years. Tears ensue. Then some schmaltzy speech about "moving on with your life" Blah, blah, blah. The end.

Its a good movie, with some unexpected twists and turns Jennifer Love Hewitt is good as always ....... and Paul Nicholls reminded me of Jude Law on more than one occasions!!

Yuk! This movie nearly made me sick with its cheese and soppy moments. Jennifer Love Hewitts character was like a dithering idiot and Paul Nicholls played a complete plonker. Also Jennifers singing was not so bad but the song was crap and i feel that it was added just so everyone in the real world knows that she sings BUT the MOST annoying thing was the timing of it all it just didnt make sense how their day lasted so long. Garbage.

Its a much watch!!!!

when i watched the movie at that time i had problems with my girlfriend and we didn t talk for 3 days before, just after the film i bought some roses and went to her house, just when i saw her i gave her a hug and kissed her while telling her how much she mean to me :) well that film teached me a lot thx

Oh mi gosh...I cried sooooooooo much! I loved it. My fave types of movies are sad ones that'll make me cry and If Only did just that. I was balling my eyes out!
