The presence of many diverse faiths in the 21st century, in turn, seems to demand peaceful and harmonious co-existence even as each religion offers its own unique insights into the spiritual realm, theism, the nature of happiness, and the purpose of life's journey. In an effort to tap into the messages of religious leaders from many different backgrounds, French documentarists Jules and Gedeon set out to film twelve of these representatives offering their thoughts on the said issues, as filtered through their respective belief systems - with surprising and consistently illuminating results.
