Years later, Indrajeet has retired and is now looking after his adopted daughter, Neelu (Neelam). Neelu loves Vijay (Kumar Gaurav), and Indrajeet arranges their marriage, only to have the couple killed by his enemies. Since the police are of no help, he decides to avenge their deaths on his own, and then he finds out that as one of the assailants is Ajit (Ajit Pal), the younger brother of Shanti.
