    1. It's a biopic starring Morgan Freeman; 2. It's a sports movie where the team rallies a nation behind it only to come up just short; 3. It's directed by Clint Eastwood; 4. Oh yeah, it's about racism too; 5. South Africa - so hot right now.

    Why even have the Oscars this year? Even it flops, this is Rocky, Ray, Million Dollar Baby, Crash, Last King of Scotland and Blood Diamond all at once. The Academy's mind is already made up: spare us the months of drama and give them the statues now!
