Billy Zane is a 2,000 year old evil Shadowman intent on destroying the Earth, but thankfully he is visited by a glowing women with a sword who teaches him the error of his ways and realises there is only thing he can do.... shave his hair off. Ok actually it's two he's also got ...( read more)to stop his fellow shadowmen from destroying everything. To do this he must recruit four warriors and train them to fight evil. Yeah, you've probably seen it all done before and much better too. Still if you've got an hour and half to spare there are worse films out there. Zane puts in a strange performance as a cross betwen the Kung Fu master/mentor/Preacher and is almost completely over the top. There's a not very subtle message in the film that love can conquer anything which you'll pick up as it is thrown in your face every few minutes. The one bit I did find annoying was that they got a little bit too carried away with the camera effects as it seems every other shot has some sort of slow motion or Matrixy effect.
