Plot: A brother and sister driving home for spring break encounter a flesh-eating creature in the isolated countryside that is on the last day of its ritualistic eating spree.
Yikes! I think the scariest thing for me out of this film was the truck appearing from no where - I know, it shouldn't scare me, but it does! Not a bad little horror movie.
Great movie. I thought how they had people stuck to the wall was so cool. Awesome movie. Was very fun to watch. I wished it ended differently though.
One of my favorite horror movies. It was just very well done. A lot of people don't like it, but I thought that it was incredibly original. I mean the whole "eats eyes so it can see and eats lungs so it can breathe" thing puts a good amount of suspense and understanding in the film.
Really loved the start and it was nice to have a brother and sister as the main stars rather than boyfriend/girlfriend. The first half an hour was excellent. The film went downhill once i had seen the monster but i still enjoyed it.
While driving through a rural American nowhere en route home for the vacation, college student siblings Darius (Long) and Trisha (Philips) happen to glimpse the driver of a filthy old van dumping person-shaped, red-stained, white bundles into a hole.
After some credible arguments, they investigate, but wind up on the death-list of a killer who turns out to be a lot more monstrous than he at first seems. Check the clues: a licence plate that promises cannibalism (BEAT1NGU), his scarecrow wardrobe and his nasty need to take a little something from one of the kids. Victor Salva's solidly creepy, '70s-style horror film has decent characterisations and a gloomy atmosphere that cuts deeper than most teens-in-terror flicks.
Seeing a serial killer monstrous creature called The Creeper hunting down victims and hearing the "Jeepers Creepers" tune blasting from the record player is just the weirdest combination that I found in a horror flick like this!
Very good. Finally a horror movie that did not try to hook up the leeds, though they were brother and sister.
I didn't care for this film. They made the monster seem unstoppable. Also didn't really explain what the creature was.
awesome movie i own both of these movies on dvd if you like scarey movies this is the one to see!!!!!!!!!!
*sings catchy theme song* Jeepers Creepers, where'd ya get those peepers?! Oh, anyways, scary, jumpy, whatever. It was alright.
Everytime this film is mentioned that damn song gets stuck in my head for at least 2 hours. A pretty creepy and intense film with a lot of gruesome bits, especially that house with all the bodies sewn together
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This film is really creepy the first time you see it and sends a chill down your spine every time you see The Creeper dressed as a scarecrow
The only good parts in Jeepers Creepers was when the Creeper tears people limb from limb, chops peoples heads off and basically causes havoc.
this one scared me to death. i remember the song on the radio etc but i just had to fast forward alot. if u want o be scared? this is it.
one of my very favourite horror movies, jeepers creepers is about two siblings travelling home and being chased by something/someone on the road. *SPOILER ALERT* some people say that it lost its impact once the creature was revealed *SPOILER ALERT* but i say boohoo to that notion. i think i would've found it boring if it was the same old serial killer slasher flick. there's too many of them around. this was different and in my opinion really holds your attention. i thought gina philips and justin long were great as the brother and sister. never seen someone look so scared as justin. the idea of the house of pain with all the bodies sown together. *spoiler* the (demon) landing on the squad car. the wings opening up on the floor when it's just been run over *spoiler*. so many iconic scenes. jonathan breck looked so freaky as the creeper in all of them! the only fault i can find with the film.... and this is me being really picky here, is that the ending could've had a bit more stunt work or maybe some more effects in it as well as the high emotion it already had. victor salva does a great job with the direction
This movie was intense. Thought it was alright. Had the Jeepers Creepers song stuck in my head for at least a week.
Good, scary, fun. Rewatched this for the first time in about three years a few nights ago with a friend. We loved it. It was great to see it again. I love this movie.
this movie moves at a fast pace and i loved every minute but the ending was a stupid one...a clear waste of a good movie.....a horror movie but aint up to the mark....
FUCK , I WAS SOOOO SCARED!
Like, the creepiest movie I've ever seen. I couldn't go to the bathroom after seeing it, without pea in my pants... Almost.
Loved this movie, one of my favorite horror movies of the 2000s by far. It's just something about the thinking it was a human being for half the movie that freaked me out. Pretty good stuff Victor Salva...pretty good stuff.

I think its AWESOME that they're gonna come out with a third one because i always wanted to find out what happens! YOU GO VICTOR SALVA AND JOHNATHAN BRECK!!!!!
what a load of rubbish. its just another 'scary' movie. and the bad guy?! jeeze.....its like nobody could agree what to make him....so the art director closed his eyes n made something resembling a cross between batman and the lead singer of Korn! ....i did laugh though....but AT it. second one was worse still.
Interesting concept, bad execution. Even though the monster/bat/moth/human thing was SO fuckin' stupid, it still scared the hell out of me for quite some time. The last scene was the best scene in the movie.
i have never been so scared in all of my life.I wuz scared when the woman calles and tells them to run when they hear the song then the police woman gets pulled onto the roof of the car. What is that thing supposed to be a big bat? Every time i hear that song i crap myself and im scared to get out of the car!
it wuz retarded you need help!!! making scary movie cuz that wuz not scary it wuz plain stupidity...
