one of the best chick flicks and is suitable for all girls who like to kick butt with egoistical player guys lol really funny and gd looking and i still think the other tucker is better looking than the actual tucker
this was really funny! but kind of in a chessey way. i dont think that high school is exactly like this though. i love their detention room!! Lol!
sophia bush was my favorite! "kill the bob cats. not in real life because they're endangered." i dont really like ashanti or her character. she kind of bugged me. also with the other blonde girl. i cant believe tucker actually wore the thong! then of course, him being him, he turns it around! that sure was a lot of flowers that he sent kate!!!
John Tucker got played oh well shouldn't cheat....And by rights these girl should of just walked away with out getting even because in the long run someone always gets hurt....And with kate(BRITTANY SNOW)_ she should of been her own self, Iwas thinking she could of ended up with John Tucker brother but that didn't happen... as he like her,But i suppose when you look at the movie he was more hurt then the girl's getting even with hes brother......
Opening like a cross between She?s All That, Mean Girls and (uh-oh) The Perfect Man, this rom-com sees a patently attractive high-school ?nobody?, Kate (Brittany Snow), undergoing a cheerleader-style makeover to bag a man for a bet. Or, more accurately, revenge: the John Tucker of the title (Jesse Metcalfe) has been three-timing, and the girls in question send Kate in to break his heart.
There?s obvious fantasy appeal for girls (being forced to glam up, become popular and snog the fit gardener from Desperate Housewives has its appeal), but it?s all very unlikely and rarely funny, despite a few appealing leads. And the suggestion that a man spiked with oestrogen will start whining and asking if he looks fat can surely only alienate a female audience.
This movie was fine but totally pointless. Really who cares if he's dating more than one girl at a time. If you know then warn others and also if you know DON"T DATE HIM!!!
So much girl power ...who didnt love this movie. There was just no way to bring down John Tucker. Except ofcourse with love. I guess it's not always about winning sometimes it has to be about what you want and accepting yourself. The girls in this movie discovered their strengths and realized they didn't need the man to make them better. Loved the cast.
ok isnt everyone sick of the high school drama bullshit already?.. sp y are they still making movies about it?...so the girls that he used get together to plot revenge...do they get it? OH I CANT WAIT TO SEE!! ohohohoh and i bet that everyone learns an extremely predictable moral and all are forever happy with their new found out look on life....god this movie sucked
Now this movie is for all those cheaters in the world. For all those girls and boys who ever gotten cheated on, revenge is good at a certain point, but i think they went to far, but in the end it worked out perfectly, well except the thong thing.. lol luved it xoxox
i loveeeee this movie. i can literally recite the whole movie off the top of my head. and penn badgley is in it along with brittany snow and sophia bush. so that's a plus too.

Ha ha! I thought this would be a dumb movie that prep girls watched. Boy was i off-I watched it and thoroughly enjoyed the cast and performances they made. Reminded me of Mean Girls!
this movie is AWESOME! period. i mean come on the guy deserved it && i would deff do that to any guy (well i actually did) but anyway yea. it gave me some hints on what to do with my cheating ex bf! =)
don't you just love when sexy meets justice? i know i sure do!! unfortunately most younger girls will just think of this as a good idea for some boy they know, might want to get them 'sleepover' instead. better for 21-25 crowd
As films go this was hardly the best I have ever seen, but seriosuly what girl wouldn't like a film in which four girls decide it is time to get even with a cocky love cheat who feels he can do no wrong.
It had a pretty decent cast, I am biased because I love Sophia Bush I think her acting is amazing (although as much as I love her this really wasn't a stretch for her acting ability) and funny moments. I would recommend it if you had nothing to do - or if you ladies want to see a film in which we get even.
