He meets the municipal… More Sandip Kapoor, the owner of a successful ad agency one day goes to office and finds out that his office has been sealed by the municipality. He protests with his employees but his efforts go in vain and therefore he has to rent a different place with no electricity and water. He meets the municipal commissioner and offers him a bribe to not seal his office. However this does not work and the municipal officer gives orders to raze the place. Sandip uses all his resources including filing a case to save his office.
