An eccentric tale of two completely different Japanese teenage girls, one a biker, one obsessed with the Rococo era. Visually it's a treat, with colourful sets and some cool animation snippets thrown in. Took me a while to get into it, but once I did it turned out to be a fun ride.

Pretty good. A nice look at a couple of Japanese subcultures. It drags a little but in the middle, but picks up again towards the end. Every member of the cast seemed pretty suited to their roles.
