This is another timeless anime film. It tells the story of a young witch who moves town and starts her own delivery service, it sounds a bit strange but it is a good movie

Another "can't do any wrong" type of film. Super-cute, great dub (Phil Hartman always equals great dub), and innocent whimsy that never pushes buttons yet keeps my childish personality engaged.

I love this movie! I remember I used to watch it all the time when I was little, and now I hardly remember anything about it. But I do remember that it was a great movie!

maybe more of a kid's film vs. a Kat film but none-the-less it was adorable. I expected more depth out of it but then again it was a kid's film, all-in-all in I didn't think too much of it due to it's intended audience

a more subtle and contemporary fantasy compared to some of Miyazaki's more "myth-based" works, but still an entertaining adventure with plenty of accurate relevancy for adolescents. an overall good story, but it lacked certain elements of coherence and continuity. not one of Miyazaki's best, perhaps, but it's just as colorful and imaginative as any other film.

Miyazaki scored his first major box office hit for Studio Ghibli with this utterly charming story of a young witch-wannabe aspiring to find her place in a far-off town. What's particularly amazing about this movie isn't just the flight sequences, which sparkle with imagination and wonder, but how we grow attached to the characters and find ourselves cheering them on. Not just another syrupy kids' movie, KIKI'S DELIVERY SERVICE is also the sort of movie that even grown-ups will find themselves captivated by. This was the first movie to be released under the Disney-Ghibli deal, with an excellent cast of voice actors which include Kirsten Dunst, who provides liveliness and believability as Kiki, Matthew Lawrence as the geeky Tombo, Debbie Reynolds as elderly Madame, and Janeane Garofolo as the kindly painter Ursula. However, Phil Hartman's smarmy, hilarious take on Jiji is the highlight of the dub--and his last voiceover role ever. And of course, it's nice that the Japanese language track is included for purists who don't want to give the dub a chance.

This movie isn't about a witch with dark power but a delievery girl that can fly and has a talking cat. ^^ it's very charming and I really enjoyed it... wish the cat said something at the end though

I absolutely LOVE this movie. But then I love everything Hayao Miyazaki has done that I've seen. There are only a couple more left to watch and I can't wait to see his next movie. Mr. Miyazaki is a maestro when it comes to traditional animation. And the stories he chooses are wonderful.

This was an adorable movie. It's not a cliche and overplayed storyline like Disney movies. It's very original.

Kiki's Delivery Service (1989) is a story about growing up and discovering (believing in) yourself. A young witch-in-training, Kiki eagerly leaves home at 13, brimming with confidence, only to realise things aren't all as easy as it seems. I could relate to the desire for independence and then the depressing fall back down to earth - it wasn't hard to feel sorry for Kiki

Another fine movie. I really enjoyed this movie a lot. It did take me a little while to take it all into how the world was, but once I figured that out, the rest was awesome.

Bom demais!

Well... ceritanya terlalu sederhana. Dan tidak jelas untuk konsumsi anak-anak, remaja atau orang dewasa. Terlalu tua untuk anak-anak, terlalu sederhana untuk remaja dan orang dewasa.

Good movie. Easy to watch. Great for kids and good for adults. Loved the cat! Find what you love to do. Wouldn't this be a better place if we all loved what we do!

This to me was a feel good kind of film but it did lack some of the magical presence of being a witch. As she is just starting out and trying to find herself I def can relate. My favorite character was the cat and of course the maid for "Debbie Reynolds" character. This film was so heartwarming and touching to watch, and had some great messages of life along the way. With all of Miyazaki's films you wont be left disappointed but.. wanting More and More...

I like this movie too. I think that cat is so funny when he sees a can of cat food and on it is a black cat and he says, "Kiki look its me"!
