The title pretty much says it all; killer klowns invade earth and disturb teenagers' make-out sessions. The one joke premise is enough to turn it from a formula yawner into something watchable and reasonably entertaining, if lightweight.

A ridiculous 80's comedy/Horror film but highly amusing and original. Good fun!

With the exception of one scene that was pretty creepy, I can't recommend this. Not funny, not campy, not scary...yawn

Simply read the title to decide if you are going to like this or not. Killer Klowns is pretty much a perfect film of it's genre. Funny, daft, inventive and most of all it has an enjoyable personality. This is a film that's so much fun to be around, you laugh with it not at it. So...( read more)

Well you cant say that this movie isn't colorful... and it is eerily entrancing.

This movie is very funny and weird. But does not have a explination for the "Klowns" coming to earth.

October 24, 2006Movies like this fascinate me. I live in a country where the movies shown in theatres are the standard Hollywood fare with a few (safe, tried and tested)art-house films thrown in. That's why when I heard this title, I was intrigued to know, what kind of a studio releases this. Who produces, directs and acts in something like this. The title makes people cringe. It's just so plain stupid and ridiculous. But that just made me want to watch it all the more and I'm glad I did. It was a very interesting journey of bad taste and creepiness. Somehow it worked. Other movies with absurd titles that I want to watch are "Teenagers from Outer Space","The brain that wouldn't die", "I spit on your grave" and many more.
