    One of the most seductive, thrilling Christopher Lambert movies I had seen. A chess champion faces off not just against a simple game of chess, but of murderer after he is drawn into the investigation of a serial killer. Very capturetating!

    A good suspence-thriller movie with Christopher Lambert and Diane Lane. A great movie about a chess player dealing with a murderer and helping the police figure out the murderer's pattern.

    This atmospheric thriller is average with the one of top chess touring masters becomes the prime suspect in a macabre, ritual murder at an international chees tournament. Lucky me, I really believe Christopher Lambert wasn't a murderer before I found out at the ending. Checkmate!
