Convinced that she will be able to persuade Kong to take the throne alongside her and use him to enslave the citizens to form her own undefeatable army, the evil Queen Reptilla plans to use the momentous event to enslave the mighty Kong and expand her evil empire. As Kong begins to fall under Queen Reptilla's serpentine spell, the prospect of becoming King of Atlantis finds him bending to the evil queen's every wish.
