I was completely blown away by this storyline. The plot travels along steadily at first and is very 2-dimensional, but soon enough, come clever flashbacks, sub-plots and intertwining relationships, which all managed to link together and yet still keeps you surprised throughout. ...( read more)

Beautiful narrative with impressive plot twist & turn. One off the flick made me fell for French Cinema.
Vincent Cassel has been in quite a few good films hasn't he? Well 'The Apartment' is no exception. It is literally a beautiful film with it's stylish transitions, wonderful editing and beautiful cinematography. This 4 person love story is more of a detective's game in many way...( read more)
There really should be some kind of law against this type of perfection from a first-timer. There are scenes in this outstanding film that go beyond fine writing, fine acting, fine direction. An absolute gem.
