    I really enjoy this movie. It's one of those movies I can watch every time I see it on TV, even though I own the DVD.
    Sure the crocodiles were obviously fake, but Oliver Platt is great.

    Lake Placid is a fun popcorn movie. If you decide to go into the movie thinking about the premises, you will surely be disappointed. The movie was written by David E. Kelly, who is one of my personal favorites in Hollywood. Lake Placid has a great combination of actors working well together to make up for the outrageous plot. The story is far fetched but entirely fun. This movie is a perfect way to spend a late Friday or Saturday for the horror/comedy buffs. Lake Placid gets three crocodile bites out of five for the pure fun of the film.
