I believe that I have probably seen all the Lassie movies ever put out. Lassie movies are by far my most favorite movie. It is a clean, safe movie for family, friends and children.

A little girl named Jennifer Turner (Brittany Boyd) watches "Lassie" on television. The Turner Family relocated from Baltimore, Maryland to Franklin Falls, Virgina. Steve Turner (Jon Tenney) & his second wife, Laura (Helen Slater) are driving to farm country in the middle of the traffic accident with the owner of a beautiful, very clean collie has just been killed is happened to be Matt & Jennifer's Grandpa Collins. Matthew "Matt" Turner (Thomas Guiry) befriends the famous collie named Lassie owned by his mom; Ann Collins.

An old family favorite that your family will love discovering for the very first time, or falling in love with all over again. You will love this classic tale. I just heard that they made a movie by the same title in 2005, and I can't wait to see it!

Honestly not that good, it's way too predictable. All the "irritated teen" stuff has been done before. They just mix it with Lassie. Boring.

I'm rating this according to my emotional connection when I was younger. . . Ah, such fond memories. . . Just hearing the theme music is almost enough to make me start crying, AND I had a really big "Lassie" stuffed animal from the age of 7 all the way until sometime after I moved out of my parents' home. . . Can't beat those emotional ties, now can ya"?

I really liked it, but I love Lassie, so I was bound to love this movie. I also saw it in an empty theatre with just my dad and little sister.

No, NO, NOOO! Do not watch this movie. Watch the old one, or even watch the show. Better still read the books to your kids.

This new Lassie isn't at all as good as the Lassie stories before. But the story works anyway and who can resist the immortal Lassie?

I have to admit when I was about thirteen I loved this movie. I mean Lassie's owner is listening to the Smashing Pumpkins!

Lassie at the present (1994) is the best adventure of this family film since Lassie Comes Home. I love this collie dog in my life same as my family generation.
