Extremely uneven film that benefits greatly from strong performances by its talented cast. Even so, this plods along at a snail's pace with jarring flashbacks that take you out of the story. If I didn't like looking at Ray Winstone so much, I might rate this lower...
God, it's so annoying that I cannot seem to get hold of this movie here in Sweden...
I'd give 3.75 to this movie. Because of the ensemble performance. Caine, Hoskins and Mirren were awesome, and the other actors were all great too. The ending of Last Orders is touching.
Brilliant and, yes, touching. I had no idea Bob Hoskins was so frikin Bristish.
