Good plot, great CGI (if you're a fan of uber-CGI'ing just for the fun of it). Downside was not coming back with the original characters.

This sequel blew, BIG time. The story-line sucked, and they didn't even have the same actor playing the Lawnmower Man.

Sequel to the CGI based sci fi film that has nothing in common with it apart from the CGI. Some interesting cyber-punk inspired ideas, but it's executed far too amateurishly. Also, making the heroes a gang of irritating kids is the kiss of death.

How could they make a sequel to this movie? Is it any wonder the original cast wouldn't come back? They should have let it go after the first bad movie.
