Having been rewarded for capturing all 625 experiments by being allowed to choose precisely where they want to reside in the galaxy, Lilo, Stitch, Pleakley, and Jumba are soon troubled to discover that the devious Dr. Hamsterviel has escaped the confines of prison and forced Jumba to create Leroy -- a troublesome doppelganger of Stitch with an unquenchable appetite for destruction. When Dr. Hamsterviel begins to clone Leroy in hopes of creating a powerful army with which to rule the stars, Lilo, Stitch, and the rest of the gang must come together to conquer an enemy whose strength lies in numbers and defeat the dreaded doctor once and for all. ~ Jason Buchanan, Rovi

Tim Brayton, Antagony & Ecstasy
A Lilo & Stitch picture that ends warmly has done its duty, though I suppose only by the skin of its teeth.

Teresa Talerico, Common Sense Media
More lively fun with Lilo, Stitch, and friends.
-
Kevin Carr, 7M Pictures
I think what has kept these shows fresh is that they don't try to be anything more than what they are %u2013 a silly kids show.

David Nusair, Reel Film Reviews
Thankfully, the movie's conclusion seems to indicate that no further installments are forthcoming - a welcome development, to be sure.

John J. Puccio, Movie Metropolis
In fairness to this film, the Disney studios obviously intended it for very young children, so one may safely ignore much of my criticism if only youngsters watch it.
