Bruno and his longtime friend Noel are electronica artists about to sign with an influential producer when love comes out of nowhere. Attempting to assuage his loneliness by seeking companionship though a telephone dating service, Bruno becomes obsessed with the voice of a woman named Lisa. Shortly after meeting Lisa in a darkened hotel room for a steamy round of lovemaking, the mysterious beauty vanishes as quickly as she first appeared. In the wake of this fleeting encounter, Bruno attempts to assemble the audio fragments of Lisa's voice that he has collected into a song that epitomizes their impossible love. In time, after sleepless nights punctuated by strange characters, Bruno completes his eccentric masterpiece. ~ Jason Buchanan, Rovi

Invisible isn't always easy to watch, but Bojanov's film is so compelling you just can't turn away.
-
Jeannette Catsoulis, New York Times
Konstantin Bojanovas depressing, uninvolving documentary follows six heroin addicts in his home town of Sofia, Bulgaria.
-
Maitland McDonagh, TV Guide's Movie Guide
Sympathetic but unsparing portrait of six junkies.
-
David Sterritt, Christian Science Monitor
Humane, unsentimental, eye-opening.
