    John McClane comes back and comes back stronger and tougher than ever in this intense and supremely entertaining "Die Hard" sequel.

The only way Die Hard can deliver it, an awesome return to the series. It's the best Die Hard ever. A full-throttle and high-octane action-thriller. It's hard-hitting, relentlessly enjoyable and wickedly fun, an old-school hero in a new type of high-tech adventure. Bruce Willis is back in prime top notch action hero form an was so worth the wait. He once again in the role of John McClane wins us over and always gives us something to love. Timothy Olyphant is brilliant, proving to be a great and capable villain. Heart-pounding entertainment at it's best. It packs that old-school excitement and leaves plenty of room for Willis to show some strength of his character.

    Excellent movie full of action and incredible tempo from start to finish. Bruce is looking great for his age! We only get to see a bit of the vest though! Justin hacks into a high security system only to discover that there is a terrorist organisation who is shutting down the sta...( read more)tes - electric, gas supplies etc. Bruce and Justin team up to catch the bad guys. Great special effects.

    There is way too much CGI in this film, I want to see old school stunts. The F15 ending was also a bit of a True Lies rip off. I don't think it was as good as the first three and it?s a thumbs down for me! He can't even say motherfucker anymore. Pah!

    WoW ! Fantastique !!! Un film ak des hackers informatiques et de l'actions à la tonnes. Quoi demander de plus ?!?? Rien ! Il ne suffit que de rajouter une ou deux p'tites scènes impossibles avec un mec dure comme fer qui ne se blesse jamais, mais ca c'est courant dans tous les fi...( read more)lms non ? Ya simplement le jet qui bouge comme si cétait une mouche dans le ciel et qui réussi à ce placer entre la route et le viaduc, et un camion semi-remorque sur le coté qui retombe sur ses roues en un seul coup de volant. Le reste, c'était GÉANT !!!

    Va s'y Bruce, t'est l'meilleur !!! <3

    P.S.: La "piole" du sorcier est trop malade !!! 0_o !!! C'est une comme ca que je veux :D !!!

    Excellente continuité de la série! Pas facile de mettre une vieille série au couleur du jour. Bravo !!

    There actually is trivia for this movie that states that this movie was not originally intended to be Die Hard sequel. It shows. This movie is way different then the others. This one is about hackers. It's the digital age where everyone can see what everyone is doing if the just ...( read more)have the know how of how to do it. Some of the scenes where a bit far fetched and McClane is more of a "super-cop" then he should be. I almost like this one the most, but not quite.

    Plot:
    NYPD Detective John McClane lives in Brooklyn, and he's now divorced from Holly Gennero, who lives in San Francisco. John has faced some brutal terrorists in his career, but now, he's about to face what may be his most dangerous enemy yet. John, who occasionally does jobs for the United States Department of Homeland Security, receives a call to bring in a hacker named Matt Farrell, because there has been a breach in an FBI computer system. Farrell is one of the many hackers who are suspected in the attack, and all known hackers are to be questioned. But after John gets to Matt's apartment, a group of men show up and try to kill John and Matt, who barely escape with their lives. As it turns out, a group of terrorists led by Thomas Gabriel are systematically shutting down the United States computer infrastructure. They crash the stock market, crippling America's economy. It turns out that Matt knows enough about hacking to know exactly how Gabriel is shutting down the USA. Gabriel, a disgraced former Department of Defense employee, plans to bring the country to its knees, but he doesn't count on John and Matt figuring out what's going on. Gabriel wants John and Matt out of the way, and for John, the situation becomes personal when an enraged Gabriel kidnaps John's daughter Lucy, who is a student at Rutgers University in New Jersey. Gabriel may think he now has the upper hand on John, but he has no idea how far John is willing to go to rescue Lucy.

    Review:
    I was suprised when i heard of a new Die Hard movie and i was so excited because is one of my favorite series.PG-13 or not,Live Free or Die Hard is spectacular.Is brilliant as the original and is full of action and explosions,trademark of the franchise.It was amazing to see John McClane back in action 20 years since the original Die Hard.

    Bruce Willis is back as John McClane 12 years after Die Hard with a Vengeance.Boy,it was great to see Willis in a kick ass action movie,specially a Die Hard sequel.McClane is older,crankier and bold.But he s still determined and tough as he usually is.Willis was amazing as McClane just he was in Die Hard 1 and i hope he makes more.Justin Long was so hilarious as Matt Farell.He brought a great level of comedy and he has a great chemistry with Willis.Timothy Oliphant was a decent villain as Thomas Gabriel but he is not a real bad buy like Alan Rickman as Hans Gruber.Gabriel is more a guy with anger issues.I absolutely loved Mary Elizabeth Wisntead was fantastic as Lucy McClane.She is a great mix between John and Holly.

    Len Weisman did a excellent job.His direction was brilliant and well controled just like John McTiernan in the original.Weisman redefined the series once again this time for a new generation.

    Live Free or Die Hard was amazing and it s one of the best action movies of 2007 along Transformers and The Bourne Ultimatum.Yippee Ki Yay,Motherfucker.
