It's sensational entertainment. Riveting, sexy, electrifying and wildly funny. A cool soundtrack. Chris Evans is electric. Jason Statham is brilliant. They deliver terrific chemistry with their pure powerhouse perfromances. This is the type of film that puts you in these characte...( read more)rs shoes and makes you feel what their feeling. Well writen and directed. Evans hits you like you wouldnt belive. Statham is an absolute surprise. These two actors give unforgettable performances that show their stellar star capability. Psychological drama about a man, upon learning his ex-girlfriend is about to leave for California, decides to crash a party thrown in her honor. Most of the film takes place in the bathroom where these self absorbed pseudo-hipsters pontificate about nothing while snorting endles...( read more)s amounts of cocaine. Film has the questionable distinction of making an attractive and talented cast, so incredibly boring. Incidentally, Chris Evans, Jason Statham and Jessica Biel also worked together in Cellular, an infinitely better film.

A very one dimensional film, aimed at the ?everybody?s been there? type of crowd. Hyped up with drug fuelled conversations about lost love, mainly filmed in a bathroom or in flashback to happier times.

Very much an anti-climax of a film, which I found a little depressing.

Didn't like anythin anybody said in this movie, except for a few short outbursts from Statham, who really deserves another platform to lift him out of the action hero typecast. Without sex, this movie fails.

I think I might have "liked" this film more than I was supposed to. There are probably two reasons why: 1) my deep fascination with the modern notion of "relationships," of two people being together and then not being, and 2) Jason Statham, whom I think is one of the coolest fuck...( read more)ers on the face of this planet (his scene with Chris Evans' character on the balcony alone makes this film watchable). Having said that, Evans still annoys the shit out of me (although I can't rightfully say he's a bad actor) and Jessica Biel is insanely, supernaturally hot. Sorry, she is.

    Excessive but not well executed.

A lot smarter and realistic than I was expecting. It has a really well driven plot and none of the characters are corny or over-the-top like many other post-teen dramas. It shows you how utterly pointless most arguments are, but that there is always a chance for redemption. Chris...( read more) Evans really surprised me because he can actually handle a drama.
