i love the movie a lot, but i dont like how it doesn't fallow the book at all!! but it was still a good movie!!!

October 9, 2006As much as I want to say this movie was well done, we gotta face facts. The ones they showed in the TV were much better. THe story flowed better, the characters were more realistic and the quality was outstanding- on TV that is. On the big screen, though it is a movie with great morals and honest Christian values, it was terribly done. The story did not flow and though it was captivating I found myself quite bored and depressed...
Sadly, I can say that this is not one of my favorites. Now I don't hate it and I would watch it again, but it wasn't that great a movie.
SPOILER: There is even one part in the movie, after Missy had sold her locket, that she is wearing it. At first I thought she bought it back, but later, when her husband gave it back to her, I noticed that it was a mistake. That was something that bothered me very much!
