Actually kinda freaky. Not scary like you are all terrified, but the images they show are pretty messed up. Good gore anyway.

the story is about the patients in the mental asylum and no doubt the production did a good job they're crazy and scary... an intelligent thriller film that you should watch if you want to be in scared. Overall this is an entertaining movie..
