We did it in our school, && people were saying that our's was better then the one in the West End!!! wooo!=) We had to put an extra night on, it came to 5nights && 2half-shows for the primary schools!!! woooo!yay!!!=)<3 CAN'T WAiiT FOR THiiS!!!!!=)<3

musical with a book by British playwright Catherine Johnson, based on the songs of ABBA, composed by Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus. It is an example of a jukebox musical, and is notable for popularising the genre.
Although the title of the musical is taken from the group's 1975 chart-topper "Mamma Mia", the musical's plot has nothing to do with the story of the group itself.
Björn Ulvaeus and Benny Andersson, who composed the original music for ABBA, have been involved in the development of the show from the beginning. Anni-Frid Lyngstad has been involved financially in the production, while Agnetha Fältskog has not, though she was present at the Swedish premiere and final show.
The musical includes such hits as "Super Trouper", "Dancing Queen", "Knowing Me, Knowing You", "Thank You for the Music", "Money, Money, Money", "The Winner Takes It All", "Voulez Vous", "I Have A Dream" and "SOS". It had been seen by over ten million people worldwide as of July 2003 -

I've seen the musical twice, and I love watching movie musicals. The show itself is a bit light and fluffy but still lot's of fun. I can't wait to see this.

My dad is OBSESSED with ABBA. Growing up, the band was all I ever heard. Dancing Queen 17 times in a row; five days a week would kill a corpse. I can't stand them. If I never hear their music again it will be to soon. Suprisingly enough, I want to see if Broadway can redeem this group for me. Weird aren't I?

The people are too old...and I will never look at James Bond in the same way EVER again....ugghhh it's too horrible to think about.
If they chose BETTER People, I would be more excited to see this.
I just hope they make Wicked into a movie. And wither keep the original cast or get really awesome people who are not extremely older than they should be.posted 114 days ago
