Jack must fight back to hold on to everything he has fought so hard to win, and in doing so he finally achieves the self-insight he was looking for -- and he realizes that only through family can he really find lasting happiness.

    Not the best film I've ever seen but not the worst either.
    Not quite sure if the role of the father was actually needed but definitely added some comedy to the plot.

    When Binder misses he misses pretty big... I want to root for Affleck, but there's really just nothing to like about this movie.

    Pretty good, it had it's funny moments and I always love what Ben does.

    Rather inert both comedically and dramatically. Affleck tries.

    It is ok to check it if there is nothing else to watch but it is a movie that I would not recomment. It has some positive dialogues and some funny situation.

    There is nothing comfortable about Jack's journey of self discovery. It's bumpy all the way. Jack faces infidelity, humiliation and business ruin.     I'm not quite sure what to think of this movie. It has its funny moments and emotional sides, a little bit of everything. It was ok i guess.

Jack's seemingly perfect world starts to unravel when he learns that his wife, Nina (Rebecca Romijn), is cheating on him with his most important client. Things get worse when Barbi (Bai Ling), an ambitious journalist, steals Jack's journal, which contains secrets that could ruin him personally and professionally. Jack is forced to fight for everything he has worked so hard to achieve and in doing so, he attains the self-insight he was looking for. Ironically, by realizing that there is more to life than work, he begins to focus on what's most important in his life.

    got this film free with a newspaper and it turned out not to be too bad. a well know cast have been put together to tell this tale of mid-life crisis. it started a bit weak but got better as the characters developed.
