Remade to much greater effect w/ Denzel and Tony Scott, this version is more generic action. It gets confusing in the middle, but straightens up to a not spectacular ending.

I would've really liked it if Tony Scott would lay off the drugs and quit repeating things. Once Denzel Washington went on the warpath it got good. But it was a case of too little too late.
