Flamboyant window dresser named Hollywood Montrose (Meshach Taylor) takes on a new assistant, Jason Williamson (William Ragsdale) @ Prince & Company department store. Jessie the Enchanted Peasant Girl (Kristy Swanson) is sent to Prince & Company for a department store window mannequin. Jason awakens Jessie with a magically necklace when he remove from mannequin named Jessie.
This is a great film for all ages. It's the timeless tale of two star-crossed lovers destined to be together. Meshach Taylor returns as the hilariously sassy Hollywood Montrose. He brings an energy to every scene he is in. William Ragsdale and Kristy Swanson are great as the two star-crossed lovers. The movie has it all, comedy, action-adventure, and romance. It's a sassy, funny comedy.
Though this sequel wasn't as good as the first, it does have some funny scenes. William Ragsdale and Kristy Swanson are not too bad in this film. The movie could have been better, but not too bad.
A shop dummy that's been cursed to suffer a deep sleep for 1,000 years comes to life. The curse passes to me and fall into the deep sleep. Almost the same picture as before, only worse.
More of the same as the first (except they made the plot....worse?!) None of the original cast (except Hollywood), a cursed necklace that turns ANYONE into a mannequin, attempts at special effects (please, no!) and an evil count from Russia?!???!?!??!?!?!? I still like it though, i just didn't think they could have made it tackier!
.. it's trashy daytime comedy at its best, but honestly that's not saying much... still there are a couple laughs, and Meshach Taylor is always a favourite of mine.
