Competently done, but mostly very silly. Except for the dog rape scene. Dog rape should always be taken very seriously. As should the scene where the dog eats a cat like a duck (without swallowing).

There are lots of funny moments involving postmen and cats but these cliches are pushed way, way into the goriest extremes.

i would rate this somewhat of a b movie. that being said the movie rocks and is very hard to find, If i did find it it would be in my collection in a flash. I adore Lance Henriksen it's a pity we don't get to see more of him. No matter if he is playing the villain or the hero he shines. Great storyline here that pitsMr. Henriksen and a very skinny Ally Sheedy against a cyber mutt. Good fun!
