In doing so she risks her safety, career and reputation but will not stop asking questions until the truth is known it exposed wholesale corruption,which probably still happens in isolated cases today.. a slow moving movie until near the end...i give it a 4 because what she achieved in real life,helps make the system work today,for everybody.
