I love these books! James Patterson is the BEST thriller writer ever! I really admire Max. She's so tough and confident. I think she should just get with Fang already!

they could REALLY f this movie up, so i'm seriously hoping they get a decent cast and director, or i swear, i will kill. the series is ok, but i LOVE the books they're based on, the Lake House, etc. screw this up and someone will die, Hollywood, and it may well be your dear little Hannah Montana.

I truely love these books and I admit I really want this to be good and fit with the book. But at the same time I know that can't always happen so I don't I'll be too diappointed if it isn't all exactly right.

some old news and that is Columbia Pictures who acquired screen rights, has hired Don Payne to write the script. Payne’s feature credits include "Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer" and "My Super Ex-Girlfriend." IMO both unsuccessful.
I read the books and liked them a lot. I look forward to the 5th book, even though it has lost some steam for sure with the tween environmental messages.
Book one on audio is cool because Evan Rachel Wood reads it.
IMO, I think the studio looks down on this. That it is just tween crap, so hire crap writer, don't put much into it money wise, get cute hotties rather than decent young actors and actresses. There is already a ton of cast wishes by fans of the books. If I were them I would listen to the fans. But it will make money because of the big tween fan base.posted 59 days ago -

The book "maximum ride is exellent, one of the best books I have ever read. In that cse I am VERY worried about the movie. If you find this movie the slightest bit interesting, READ THE BOOK...
