    Post-war propaganda of the highest order. A zealous Hollywood tribute to the courage and tenacity of the allied infantry in Burma near the end of WWII. Though not in the same league with classics like Objective, Burma!, Merrill's Marauders surely inspired more tha...( read more)n a few enlistments when it was released in March of 1962.
