One of the best documentaries I've ever seen. Even though I'm a really big fan of Metallica, anyone interensted in Metal, music, documentaries, or film in general needs to see this.

I don' care what anyone says, St. Anger was such an awesome album, and I've been listening to them since Ride the LIghtning. To see these guys at their most vulnerable is proof of the the essential fallacy of the rockstar lifestyle. It allways catches up to you some day.
