Pretty funny. The animation is not as good as it was in the film, but you won't be really bothered.

    MIKE'S NEW CAR (2002)
directed by Pete Doctor & Roger Gould
featuring the voices of Billy Crystal, John Goodman

Monsters, Inc. is one of my favorite Pixar film, probably because the way Billy Crystal rendered his character so memorable. Mike's New is about that character. He just got a new car, like the title says, and he wants to show it off to his friend, but there are so many buttons in that thing that it all goes wrong.

This is actually the first Pixar short made with characters from a long feature. Its been imitated quite a lot since. Its very funny, and even if Billy Crystal is still great and John Goodman does a good job, this one is definately more for kids. The humor is simple, but its still quite effective.

Another extremely funny short film from the masters of animation, Pixar. I loved Monsters Inc. so this was great fun to watch. I think the choice of voices for the characters were perfect as I love Billy Crystal and John Goodman. A really great one that is not to be missed.
