Mikhail Baryshnikov's Stories From My Childhood - The Twelve Months
In this delightful children's tale, Young Christina is ordered by her vicious stepmom to find flowers -- in the snow -- to present to the Queen. When Christina enters the forest, she meets twelve magical brothers, who are the months of the year. One of the siblings, April, offers to create an hour of Springtime, so Christina can find some blossoms. In exchange, the lass must never reveal how she found them. But when Christina gives the bouquet to the Queen, the monarch demands to know where she got them. Will Christina reveal her source? Or will keep her promise to April?
