This one comes from the Grindhouse Experirnce Volume 2 (20 Film Feature Collection). Its about a Black Secret Agent, has some cool parts and some comedy. Action is ok, worth the watch. I would but the 20 film collection rather then the single DVD. Make it worth your wild.
