January 24, 2009I guess it wasn't really anything groundbreaking, but it was interesting. I liked the performances and the concept of having the same actresses play multiple generations of a family.

August 14, 2008It was good. It's about 3 generations, in the same family and what happens during their lives. Was a little slow or I was tired while watching it, either way, it was alright. I'd recommend it; at least once.

August 14, 2008This was a little slow, but good. Zhang Ziyi is a very good actress and she does a very good job. I just don't care for movies that use the same actresses for the daughter, then the mom, then the daughter, then the mom; use different actresses for these rolls. This movie was good though.
