This was SUCH a good film. But, should you ever get the chance, the Masterpiece Theatre version is much better.

Screen-play problems, lighting and sound issues - but good performances by Morgan Freeman, Robin Penn Wright - and memorable performance as well by Stockard Channing in a supporting role I couldn't see her in until I watched this - she really was great.
