April 15, 2007This has got to be one of the greatest films of all time. I'm always quoting something from it. ANY fan of British humour, or comedy in general, MUST see it at least once!

April 10, 2007Taunting Frenchmen....... Constitutional peasants..... closeted maidens who like being spanked......... and of course, The Knights Who Say Ni.
This film has hilarity and it has it in spades. Inspired lunacy in the best British tradition for inspired stupidity.
Even the opening credits get you giggling like a naughty schoolboy.... They start off being subtitled in faux Swedish, go from there to a description of how the title writer's sister carved her initials on the back of a moose, and somehow morph into Reg Llama of Brixton and 57 Mexican Whooping Llamas.... Only the Pythons could do it.
I saw this movie when it was first released. I must have seen it a hundred times since, and I still find new things to laugh at that I didn't notice before.
So remember, be careful if you ever visit Camelot. It is a silly place. -

January 27, 2007This is definantly the best movie ever. Classic lines, but yet, has a witty humor on medieval and modern politics. "Oh, but you can't expect to wield supreme executive power just because some watery tart threw a sword at you. But if I went 'round sayin' I was Emperor, just because some moistened bint lobbed a scimitar at me, they'd put me away." Hehehe, I love this movie.
