California dudes Jeff and Ken inadvertently come across these chips, and attempt to return them to a government lab. Instead, the pair are mistaken for operatives, and the processors are inserted in their brains. Jeff and Ken cannot believe the new abilities and talents. But they're equally incredulous when they find themselves pursued by a violent crime boss -- who wants possession of those misplaced chips.
