To Carolyn (Angela Featherstone), motherhood is a prison. A self-absorbed parent who pays little mind to the needs of her young daughter, Carolyn is strictly focused on the extramarital affair she is about to embark on. Lu (Ashleigh Sumner) is a free-spirited street woman who roams the hallways of the glamorous hotel in search of sustenance. When Carolyn finds Lu eating from a tray just outside of her hotel room door and mistakes the homeless woman for room service, she hastily recruits the famished stranger as a babysitter.
