"Ever since my children were born, the moment I looked at them, I was crazy about them. Once I held them, I was hooked. I'm addicted to my children, sir. I love them with all my heart. And the idea of someone telling me I can't be with them, I can't see them every day... It's ...( read more)like someone saying I can't have air. I can't live without air, and I can't live without them"

I love this movie. Robin Williams is amazing. He can do absolutely anything. He can fit into any role perfectly. Even a woman's role.
I love this movie because you can really relate to it if you're a parent. I mean, you won't exactly disguise yourself as a 60-year old woman, but, you'll learn that there are many hardships in life that you must face through one of several ways. Being a parent and a partner, you'll experience fights and difficulties. Even divorces.
Mrs. Doubtfire tells the story of a loving father who just wants to be wit his children and people stop him from doing so. So he devices a master plan to be with his children without everyone knowing. Except for his kids of course.
This is one of the best movies I've seen. I know I say that everytime I love movie but this time, it's true. This is one of the classics. This is one of the most heartwarming movies and one of the funniest I've ever seen!!!!

"Mrs. Doubtfire" is one of the most invigorating, vivid character studies to be produced on the big screen. Most of the characters are strongly executed with decisive dialogue. They are also beautifully written with tainted personalities and uncompromising wit.

(1993 Director: Chris Columbus) Daniel & Miranda somehow just can't get along. Miranda grew up---Mrs. Responsibility & Daniel became a frequently unemployed, creative but sadly out-of-touch house husband--though a great father.

So, Miranda (Sally Fields) kicks Daniel out of...( read more) the house.

Shortly thereafter, Miranda interviews potential nannies to babysit their 3 children after school until she gets home in the evening....and guess who applies for the job? None other than the most amazing nanny ever (other than Mary Poppins) ...alias none other than the spry but elderly Mrs. Doubtire alias Daniei (Robin Williams).

This movie is an amazing portrait of the lives of a couple of wonderful people who just were so different they eventually drove each other away. Happens to the best of us!

Besides that amazing psychological character study--this film is a terrific showcase for the amazing talents of Robin Williams (the phenomenal genie in Aladdin, Jumanji, Mork & Mindy, RV, etc etc etc)!

I might also note that little adorable Natalie, the youngest daughter in their brood starred Mara Wilson (Matilda, Transsiberian)
