Plot:
The Muppets are still searching for another species like Gonzo. Dr. Bunsen Honeydew, along with his assistant Beaker, theorize that Gonzo may have come from an alien race, possibly the one that crash...( read more

I think this was the first movie I ever bought. It was on VHS and I obviously had great taste as Jeffrey Tambor is in rare form in this movie.
It's a Muppette Movie. Ofcourse I liked it. I do not know why Gonzo's nose was a funny color..that bugged me a bit but the music kicked ass.
it's a muppets flick. i like the muppets. even the shitty muppet flicks. this isn't one of them. thank god.
Pretty decent Muppet movie. A few moments of absolute hilarity and an amazing all funk soundtrack. There are some very unneccesary scenes mostly just one involving Hulk Hogan that just seems so incredibly out of place it almost ruins it but all in all it's a pretty great movie.
probably my least favorite Muppet movie. less-likable characters, more subtle and embarassing comedy, and much less enjoyable story. Pepe was the highlight of the film for me. funny with moments of charm, but by no means a classic.
How was this green-lighted? No musicals or original songs, boring cameos, the muppets i know and love are not on screen enough except Rizzo and Gonzo.
I saw this movie right after I watched "Eyes Wide Shut" by Stanley Kubrick. Gave this movie a whole new interpretation. The muppets are always fun. Simple family fun.
Not the greatest offering from the loveable Muppets, but there's still plenty to like. Gonzo's search for his family is fairly simplistic and lighthearted, with some cool cameos (especially from Ray Liotta). It's fun, if not the same kind of fun we've come to expect from the gang. Left me talking like Pepe for days afterward.
Okay, I liked it. It's new-school, there's real music, it's kind of goofy...but it's good. Ray Liotta was awesome.
OMG!!! i love the muppets. They are the coolest evea!!! I love Ganzo! I loved the end of this movie!
This may have been the first of the moves without Jim Henson. We finally get the past on Gonzo. I personally enjoyed the movie where as several of my friends didn't. Why I don't know.
How can you not love the Muppets? Funny, entertaining movie. Lots of cameos. David Arquette and Ray Liotta are delightful although there isn't enough of them.
the scary thing is that i have seen this WAY to many times lol but pretty awesome lol i love Miss Piggy
apart from the muppets christmas carol. this film is one of the best from jim henderson company. it's just so funny. laugh out lound funny
I like all the muppet movies, but Gonzo's my favorite, and he's the star. Also, the funky 70s soundtrack is a vast improvement over Miss Piggy and Kermit.
Oh i found this qui8te funny when i watched this which was a long time ago!!!! Nevertheless, its a good film!
i vividly remember throwing up violently during this movie.
then the owner of the cinema gave us free tickets to come back again.
i think i prefered it the first time to be honest
This particular muppet piece transcends simple muppet silliness and commands a level of comedy reserved for an all human cast, easily the funniest and best thought out muppet movie of all time. Even though the whole story is about Gonzo searching for his family, but all that really caught my eye was the stars thats either had to plead with a muppet or where in a fight with Miss Piggy and lost!! WE had Josh Charles, Rob Schnieder, Ray Liotta, David Arquette, Kathy Griffin, and even Hulk Hogan made an appearance.
Hysterical! I love the addition of Pepe, Johnny and Sal from Muppets Tonight. Even in my twenties I find the muppets hysterical.
I am such a sucker for Jim Henson and his effing Muppets. I love em. Pepe steals the show as does the road trip tribute to 70's funk revival.
Who doesn't like the muppets. It doesn't matter if it has a plot or not. Muppets will always be cool.
A weak attempt to revive the Muppets for the younger generation. A couple of gags, but nothing really entertaining about the movie.
Fun movie that shows that there's still life left in those old sacks of foam and felt. Not their best, but that's like saying you're not the tallest giant around. It's still a great movie.
